自上兩星期挑戰過純素宇治抹茶雪糕後, 一直想再作嘗試, 做出質感更幼滑的純素雪糕!
After my first trial of Vegan Matcha Green tea ice cream, I've been looking forward to the next trial, for even smoother vegan ice cream.

今日挑戰左一個全素版本的【香蕉拖肥批】！呢個聽落去比較肥膩的甜品, 今次用左蜜棗磨成醬去代替拖肥, 以及用椰奶打發成忌廉, 味道出乎意料地好!!! 無蛋奶version食起上黎仲更加guilty free! 以後會繼續努力研究全素(vegan) 甜品食譜:)

話說係清邁時成日都會幫襯一間Vegan Ice cream shop。朝思暮想的純素(無蛋奶) 雪糕, 終於實驗成功! 以後自己鐘意咩味就整咩味, 幾時都有得食:) 

My first hit of Vegan recipe! Get your own dairy-free, 100% vegan matcha ice cream with coconut base. My next appeal will take out almond milk or sub with cashew milk, for a smoother and more creamy texture!
