Matcha Brownie/ 抹茶布朗尼蛋糕

 有好一陣子無post抹茶相關的食譜了! 睇番呢個blog自開業以來, 瀏覽量最高的食譜就係抹茶紅豆pancake! 所以今日就決定share呢個濃郁茶香, 且texture紮實嘅抹茶brownie:)

Matcha is always one of my favourite when come to baking, apart from spice, cinnamon and banana.
Today I would like to share this matcha brownie (green tea brownie) recipe with all of you, to catch the rich flavour of matcha as well as its dense and moist texture :)

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cook time: 20-25 mins

Ingredient (長型模1條)
牛油 50g
中筋麵粉 28g
白朱古力 60g
砂糖 20g
抹茶粉 14g
蛋 1隻
杏仁片 適量

Direction
1/ 焗爐預熱160度
2/ 隔水分別坐熱牛油及白朱古力至溶液, 之後將兩者拌勻
3/ 襯微溫加入砂糖並拌至完全溶掉; 然後加入雞蛋拌勻
4/ 分兩次將已過篩嘅麵粉及抹茶粉加入蛋糊中, 以刮刀以切拌法均勻混合
5/ 將麵糊倒入焗模中, 面頭舖上杏仁片, 入爐焗20分鐘。如以牙籤測試還未完全熟掉, 可再多焗5分鐘
6/ 出爐後完全放涼半至一小時。脫模並切成合適大小

Ingredient (Make 1 rectangular tin)
50g butter
28g all purpose flour
60g white chocolate
20g castle sugar
14g matcha powder (green tea powder)
1 large egg
Almond flakes (optional, for decoration)

Direction
1/ Preheat oven to 160 degree Celsius
2/ Melt the butter and white chocolate respectively, stir them together
3/ Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add egg and whisk well
4/ Mix the dry ingredient (flour and matcha powder) into one bowl; add half of them into the mixture and use spetula to fold until combined. Repeat the step for the remaining dry ingredient
5/ Pour the mixture into the tin and put the almond flakes at top. Bake for 20 mins. Check if it's cooked or you may need to cook for 5 mins longer
6/ Let the brownie cools and cut into squares. Ready to serve!
