早幾天有素友inbox, 問巧克力布朗尼終極食譜的純素版本應該怎樣做~
所以今天送上了一個純素, 還是免焗及raw(找中文譯名叫生機素食) 的brownie食譜!
用上的都是健康的whole food, 完全沒有麵粉的~吃起來少了那份飽滯的油膩感, 換來的是高纖的椰棗及健康的堅果~步驟絕對簡單, 各位可以一試!:)
Being the 3rd brownie recipe on my blog, this one is a balance of taste and healthiness!
This recipe is just way amazing - it's vegan, raw, gluten-free and no baking required. The only "technique" is just keep grinding all ingredient with the food processor and mix well:) This serves as the perfect snack when you are craving for sweet!
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 2 hours (Just chill in the fridge/ 只是等待它在雪櫃中冷藏, 什麼也不需要做XD)
材料
原粒合桃 1杯 + 8顆
原粒杏仁 1/2杯
椰棗 16 oz
無糖可可粉 1/2杯
咖啡粉1 tsp, 可因應口味喜好而省略
Ingredient
1 cup raw walnut, plus 8 pcs in extra
1/2 cup raw almond
16 oz medjool dates
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder, optional for flavor
步驟
1/ 先以食物處理器將1杯合桃及杏仁磨成粉
2/ 加入可可粉及咖啡粉並徹底混合好; 取出放於另一碗內, 備用
3/ 以食物處理器將椰棗磨成椰棗泥, 置出另一碗內
4/ 將可可合桃粉放回食物處理器內, 加入1/3的蜜棗泥混合
5/ 將剩餘的椰棗泥分兩次都加到食物處理器中一同混合, 質感變得幼滑及徹底混合成糰狀; 最後將8顆合桃稍為壓碎並加到麵糰中
6/ 於一長方形容量內舖上牛油, 將麵糰倒到容量內並徹底壓實, 於雪櫃冷藏最少2小時
7/ 從雪櫃中取出布朗尼, 切成小份, 【免焗純素布朗尼】即成!
Direction
1/ In a food processor, grind 1 cup walnut and almond into fine meal
2/ Add cocoa and espresso powder into the meal and mix well, remove from bowl and set aside
3/ In a food processor, grind medjool dates into paste texture, remove from bowl and set aside
4/ Put back the meal into the food processor, add 1/3 medjool dates paste and pulse
5/ Gradually add all remaining medjool dates into the food processor in two times, make sure they all bind well. At the end, add crushed walnut (the 8 pcs in extra) into the dough
6/ In a rectangular food container, put parchment paper on top. Transfer the brownie paste from food processor onto the parchment paper. Press firm into the container and chill for at least 2 hours.
7/ Take the brownie out from the container and slide into squares. Ready to serve.
