自從有了雪糕機之後就迷上了整雪糕。貪其材料做法簡單, 而且不需要用上焗爐, 整個過程就更省時!今次為普通的朱古力雪糕加點新意 - 加入了先前的免焗純素布朗尼去令味道及口感更添層次~我想說這個食譜的回頭率是200%!一眾朱古力迷絕對不能錯過!
This is not just a chocolate ice cream. This is a dense, chocolatery, with chewy brownie bites chocolate ice cream. I promise this recipe is for EVERYONE to die for. Just get over this Chocolate Crush!

Ingredient
250ml 椰奶
125ml 豆奶
1 tbsp 天然庶糖, 可因應喜愛甜度而自行作加減
1/2 杯 無糖可可粉
數塊 免焗純素布朗尼
Ingredient
Coconut cream 250ml
Soy milk 125ml
Raw sugar 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
A few squares of my No Bake Vegan Raw Brownies

1/ 將所有材料(布朗尼除外)全都倒進攪拌器內, 徹底地混合好
2/ 將雪糕溶液置於雪櫃內兩小時, 充份冷卻
3/ 將雪糕溶液慢慢倒入雪糕機內, 慢慢攪拌; 將布朗尼切成小塊, 於最後5分鐘才加入到雪糕機內
4/ 這個非常重可可味道的朱古力布朗尼雪糕要完成了啦~因為只加了很少糖的關係, 這個雪糕口味沒有太甜, 而且中間的布朗尼粒粒為雪糕添上煙韌的口感!
Direction
1/ Mix all ingredient (except raw brownies) in a blender until smooth and well-combined
2/ Chill the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours to cool down
3/ Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Cut the raw brownie squares into smaller size, and add them into the ice cream machine 5 mins before the ice cream is done
4/ Ready to serve! Very very strong chocolate flavor to die for! with the brownie bites are just way too chewy!
